Asher Ernst has his Master's in urban planning from Eastern Washington University and served on the City of Spokane Planning Commission for 8 years.  He also has a Master's degree in theology from Whitworth University.

David Sloan is a Spokane native and business professor at Whitworth University.  He has an MBA from Eastern Washington University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
